Our Mission

We aim to provide locally-grown mushrooms that are nutritious and delicious.

We use regenerative practices through in-house propagation of cultures, enabling us to grow mushrooms on forestry and agricultural byproducts (sawdust and local organic wheat bran). We use 100% compostable packaging that is designed to also keep our mushrooms fresher for longer.
